We believe that systemic change is accomplished through grassroots organizing, education, advocacy, leadership development, and voter engagement, and that through these activities we can achieve &nbsp;equality, economic security, and social justice at the workplace and beyond. At 9to5 Action Fund our vision is that an economically and racially just world is possible- one where poverty and discrimination have been eliminated, the contributions of womxn are recognized and valued, and all womxn and their families thrive.&nbsp;
